Responsibilities
- Assist the recruitment team in sourcing potential candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Support candidate screening and initial profile review.
- Contact candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
- Assist in posting job vacancies across recruitment platforms and social media.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and related documentation.
- Support daily administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist the team in achieving recruitment targets and hiring timelines.
Qualifications
- Final-year student with no active classes or fresh graduate from any major, preferably Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Available for a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months.
- Previous internship or organizational experience in Recruitment or Human Resources is a plus.
- Strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
