Receptionist

Key Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering a premium customer experience that reflects our brand. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer journey, supporting Customer Care and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) initiatives, and maintaining accurate customer data through CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma Degree in in Marketing, Business Administration, PR & Communications.
  • Min. 1.5 year of relevant working experience in administrative functions, preferably in Customer Services or Customer Care.
  • Detail and having experience in data inputing.
  • High Interpersonal Skills including self performance is a must and ability in operational-related problem solving
  • Good in communication skills, good literacy in English verbal and written.
  • Good in representing herself as "Brand Ambassador"
  • High Initiative, ability to do Multi-Tasking is a must.
