Purchasing Staff

Job Purpose:
To ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services by sourcing reliable suppliers, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and supporting smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain (experience in F&B is a plus)
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and purchasing / inventory systems
• Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supplier agreements
• Analytical Skills: Able to compare quotations, analyze costs, and prepare purchasing reports.
• Communication: Good communication and coordination skills with suppliers and internal departments
• Attention to Detail: Accurate in preparing purchase orders, checking invoices, and maintaining procurement records
• Integrity: Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality in purchasing activities
