Kualifikasi:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree any major, preferably from Industrial Engineering
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Know and able to operate Microsoft Excel
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Have good analytical skills, good interpersonal skills, detail, and target oriented.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Plant 2 in Kawasan Industri Delta Silicon 8, Cikarang Pusat

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

• Update any Raw Material (RM) according to Estimate Time Arrival’s (ETA).
• Sending all Order (Purchasing Order number) to the Supplier and ensure confirmed.
• Monitoring Estimate Time Arrival is meeting the due date, base on lead-time as well.
• Negotiate for improvement delivery to supplier based on demand.
• Generate & complete purchasing report (daily, weekly & monthly).
• Build good relationship and held regular meeting with supplier.
• Maintaining RM inventory based on production requirement and warehouse capacity.
• Proactive to find problem solving & escalate to superior if there's problem occur (held & lead meeting with cross function dept if needed).
• Tracking traceability RM for special RM to support sustainability product.
