PURCHASING MANAGER

Tanggung Jawab Utama

  • Manage day-to-day purchasing operations, including sourcing, ordering, and delivery follow-up.
  • Source reliable suppliers and maintain good vendor relationships.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate others departments to understand purchasing needs.
  • Ensure quality and consistency of all purchased items.
  • Handle supplier issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
  • Maintain proper documentation and purchasing records.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Persyaratan & Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in hospitality, wellness, spa, or F&B industry.
  • Strong understanding of operational purchasing (daily orders, stock control, supplier coordination).
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiar with inventory systems and basic cost control.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requests.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must).
