WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients and stay in touch at every stage
• Prepare and send clients photo and video progress reports
• Notify clients about payments on time and track that they come through
• Issue invoices and handle the related paperwork
• Respond promptly to client questions and resolve issues as they arise
• Keep clients informed and never leave them in an information gap

WHAT MATTERS

• Fluent Russian and English — this is a mandatory requirement (written and spoken communication with clients in both languages)
• Accuracy and attention to detail — especially with payments and documents
• Strong organization: able to juggle several clients and tasks in parallel
• Reliability: if you promised a report, it goes out on time
• Integrity, dependability, and solid work discipline
• Experience in client service / account management / customer support is a plus
