Ringkasan Pekerjaan:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing all construction project activities to ensure successful completion in accordance with the approved scope, quality standards, budget, and schedule. This role leads project teams, coordinates with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations, contractual requirements, and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Plan, manage, and oversee all construction activities from project initiation through completion.
• Ensure project execution complies with approved schedules, budgets, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and site personnel to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project performance.
• Manage project resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and project costs, effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure all construction works comply with engineering drawings, technical specifications, local regulations, and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS/HSE) standards.
• Manage project documentation, progress reports, Variation Orders (VO), and cost control activities.
• Liaise with clients, project owners, consultants, government authorities, and other stakeholders to resolve project-related issues.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide timely updates to senior management regarding project performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the project team to achieve project objectives related to quality, schedule, cost, and safety.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within a civil construction contractor company.
• Possess a valid Construction Competency Certificate (SKK) relevant to the construction field.
• Experience managing factory, shopping mall, office building, apartment, or other commercial construction projects is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, cost control, project scheduling, contract administration, and risk management.
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, Bills of Quantity (BOQ), and project contract documents.
• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
