Manage end-to-end delivery of commercial office fit-out projects, overseeing planning, design coordination, construction, handover, and project close-out while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to drive seamless project execution and proactively resolve technical and commercial challenges.

Oversee project governance including schedules, budgets, procurement, RFIs, change orders, contracts, progress reporting, project documentation, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, safety compliance, and adherence to approved specifications while ensuring timely resolution of site issues.

Leverage project management systems and digital tools to maintain accurate project records, improve collaboration, and deliver efficient project reporting and communication.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4–7 years of experience managing commercial office fit-out, workplace, corporate office, or interior construction projects from inception through completion.
• Strong technical understanding of fit-out construction methodologies, MEP coordination, construction documentation, contract administration, cost control, and site execution.
• Highly organized with strong project administration skills, including experience managing project documentation, reporting, RFIs, change orders, and project governance; familiarity with Procore or similar construction/project management platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to manage clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
