• Determine and define project scope, objective, Division of Work & communicate to stakeholders
• Manage resources in an effective and efficient manner through proper communications
• Prepare and track budget based on scope of work and proposal inputs
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed. Responsible for Risk assessment, analysis & mitigation plan.
• Accountable for AR collection from customers along with the finance
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement, making the project closure documents
• Responsible for Cost Booking planning with Project Planner, facilitating & ensuring the cost booking as per the plan to achieve quarterly target/projection.
• comply with, and understand the regulations within PT Thermax International Indonesia.
