Ringkasan Pekerjaan:
Provide project monitoring, cross-functional coordination, documentation management, and execution support to ensure operational initiatives are delivered effectively, efficiently, and within established timelines. This role will specifically designated for the Customer Service Department. You will also serve as the bridge between the Customer Service Department and the Product Development team by translating product ingredients and formulations into clear, practical knowledge for Customer Service agents. Additionally, you will support the resolution of customer inquiries related to product formulations, ensuring accurate and consistent information is communicated to customers.

Persyaratan yang Diutamakan:

• Bachelor’s degree from Pharmacy/Chemistry
• Having experience directly with beauty product development is highly preferred
• Having experience in Customer Service Operations, CRM Operations, Project Management, or Operational Support is highly preferred preferred
• Familiar with CRM systems, especially ticketing/customer support platforms is a plus (Zendesk is preferred)
• Good understanding of customer service operational flow and escalation handling
• Able to manage reporting, documentation, and project tracking properly
• Familiar with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (especially Spreadsheet/Excel)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible
• Passion for beauty, lifestyle, and consumer trends; knowledge of products is preferred.
