URGENT HIRING – Project Coordinator
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our team.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Coordinate project execution from the Engineering, Procurement, Production, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), through to Delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering, Purchasing, Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, Logistics, and Classification Society to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within specifications, and in compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Manage project documentation, including engineering drawings, FAT reports, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Operation & Maintenance Manuals, certificates, and customer handover documentation.
• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture/Marine Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, or in a similar role within the Marine, Manufacturing, or Engineering industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong coordination, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project will be considered an advantage.
