Project Management Executive

Job Summary:
Through communication and coordination with project team members, planning the project schedules and tracking action owners to finish tasks on time and with quality, thus pushing and making sure to complete the whole project (close NPI and move to MP).

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Host regular meetings with the project team, assign tasks and review the progress.
• The project schedule planning (using scheduling tools or Excel).
• Sample build planning and allocating.
• Report the project progress.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree from any kind of disciplines
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Mandarin.
• More than 5 years NPI (new product introduction) project management work experience in Manufacturing Company, same product is a plus!
• Strong leadership, at least 5 years experience in people management.
• Have good cross department communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations
• Positive mindset and Can Do Attitude
