Job Requirement:
- Graduated min Diploma 3
- Must Have PPJK Certificate
- Min 3-4 years of experience in Export Import
- Understanding of logistics documents, process, and flow
Key Responsibilities of a PPJK Staff:
Customs Clearance:
- Handling the entire customs clearance process for both import and export shipments, including preparing and submitting necessary documents.
Document Management:
- Managing import/export documents like PIB (Pengajuan Impor Berbasis PIB), PEB (Pengajuan Ekspor Berbasis PEB), BL (Bill of Lading), Invoice, Packing List, and other required paperwork.
Compliance:
- Ensuring all customs procedures comply with Indonesian regulations and staying updated on new regulations and policies.
Coordination:
- Coordinating with customs, forwarders, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment processes.
Calculation and Payment:
- Performing accurate calculations of customs duties, taxes, and fees and ensuring timely payment.
Issue Resolution:
- Resolving any issues related to customs documentation, shipment, or clearance.
Reporting:
- Preparing daily, weekly, or monthly reports on customs processes and shipment status.
