Peran:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PPIC Specialist to join our dynamic team. This critical role focuses on meticulous planning and coordination of raw material orders, production scheduling based on inventory shortages, and ensuring optimal stock levels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the core principles of Production Planning and Inventory Control, with a strong ability to forecast, plan, and execute production schedules effectively.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Planning and Forecasting: Develop and implement effective planning and forecasting strategies for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring alignment with production requirements and inventory levels.
• Coordination and Communication: Act as a pivotal liaison between the Warehouse Management System (WMS) team, Sales, and Production Supervisors, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across departments.
• Capacity Management: Assess and manage production capacity, including labor and machinery, and storage facilities, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Performance Management: Display strong leadership skills, including the willingness to take disciplinary actions for underperforming team members, fostering a culture of discipline and excellence.
• Flexibility: Be prepared to work beyond normal hours to meet production targets and deadlines, demonstrating commitment and flexibility.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in PPIC or a related role, preferably within the frozen food sector or any food industry.
• Profound knowledge of PPIC principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fierce, strong-willed, and disciplined character with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and tools.
