Gambaran Umum:
Pippeline is seeking new talent—fresh graduates as well as young-spirited individuals—who are eager to develop their skills, broaden their experience, and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn in the creative and technology fields. Basic proficiency in Photoshop is an advantage but not a requirement. Prior work experience is also not mandatory, as long as you have the motivation to learn and grow. During the first three months, you will work as a Photo Editor, followed by three months as a temporary Quality Control. Upon completion of the program, the company will conduct a performance evaluation to determine your eligibility for a full-time position.
You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment. You will handle projects for some of the world’s largest e-commerce and fashion companies, giving you the opportunity to gain valuable real-world experience early in your career. Through this role, you will gain an understanding of the quality standards and expectations applied in the international industry, while sharpening relevant skills that are in demand in the global market. This experience will serve as a strong foundation that sets you apart from other candidates and helps you advance more quickly in your professional journey.

Kualifikasi:

• Demonstrates a growth mindset, is open to challenges, and shows a strong commitment to continuous learning and development.
• The ability to critically think and use logical reasoning to analyze different situations to come up with sound conclusions.
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, including clear communication, accountability, decision-making ability, and the capacity to motivate and guide team toward shared goals. They should display integrity, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Possesses high integrity, works meticulously, is detail-oriented, and takes responsibility for their work.
• Holds a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (including the use of the pen tool and basic photo retouching). Candidates who are not yet proficient but have a strong commitment to learn will still be considered.
• Willing to be placed in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta.
• Willing to attend a 10-day training program prior to starting work.
• Willing to work on some national holidays.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Be part of the Image Editing team responsible for editing images in accordance with the provided guidelines.
• Ensure that each edited output meets the company’s established quality standards and guidelines.
• Maintain effective communication with team members to support a productive, structured, and efficient workflow.
• Contribute to team development by providing feedback, ideas, and suggestions to improve processes and overall work quality.

Jam Kerja:

• Monday–Friday: 08:00 – 17:00 WIB
• Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00 WIB
• Required to work on company-designated national holidays.
• Has a planned and organized day-off schedule.
