Job Description

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide suit styling and mix-and-match recommendations based on customers' needs.
• Maintain the quality, cleanliness, and condition of suits and their accessories.
• Organize and display suits and accessories neatly on racks and display shelves.
• Ensure the store remains clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
• Process customer transactions accurately using the cashier system.
• Conduct regular inventory stock checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Senior High School diploma (or equivalent).
• Friendly, communicative, and customer service-oriented.
• Passionate about fashion with a good sense of styling and outfit coordination.
• Able to communicate in basic English, both spoken and written.
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
• Familiar with Instagram, WhatsApp, and digital point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Active university students are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is an advantage, but not required.
