Ringkasan Pekerjaan
The Order Taker Housekeeping serves as the central point of communication between guests, the Housekeeping department, and other departments regarding room/villa service requests, ensuring every guest request is handled promptly, accurately, and professionally.
Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Receive and log guest requests (extra amenities, laundry, maintenance, etc.).
- Assign and coordinate tasks to Room Attendants, Housekeeping, or related teams based on priority.
- Monitor room/villa status (occupied, vacant, dirty, clean, inspected) through the PMS/Housekeeping system.
- Liaise with Front Office regarding villa readiness for check-in/check-out.
- Record and follow up on lost & found items.
- Prepare daily reports on task status, guest complaints, and special requests.
- Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping politely and effectively, escalating to Manager when necessary
- Maintain guest confidentiality and privacy in line with luxury villa standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; a Diploma in Hospitality is preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury villa
- Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian (spoken & written)
- Familiarity with PMS systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work well under pressure
- Neat appearance with a friendly and professional attitude
- Willing to work on a shift schedule
