Main Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedule, progress, and operational activities.
- Track project milestones and prepare management reports.
- Communicate with internal departments and customers regarding project status.
- Support production ramp-up and operational coordination.
- Identify project risks and follow up corrective actions.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in project management or operations.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good analytical and reporting capability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
- Fluent Mandarin and English, Bahasa Indonesian communication and must live in Batam Islands
