Nickel Coal Sales Administration Supervisor
Job description
- Prepare, review, and manage all trade documentation related to coal, nickel ore, and bauxite transactions.
- Ensure all shipping and commercial documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, surveyors, banks, and customs brokers regarding documentation requirements.
- Prepare and verify documents including Purchase Contracts, Sales Contracts, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Certificates of Quality, Weight Certificates, Insurance Certificates, and other export/import documents.
- Ensure documentation complies with contractual terms, Incoterms, Letter of Credit (L/C) requirements, and applicable import/export regulations.
- Follow up on document issuance, amendments, legalization, and delivery to relevant parties.
- Support the Trade Operation and Trading teams in ensuring smooth execution of contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trade documentation, export/import documentation, or commodity trading documentation.
- Experience handling coal, nickel ore, or bauxite trading documents is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of international trade documentation, Incoterms, export/import procedures, and shipping processes.
- Familiar with L/C documentation, customs requirements, and international shipping documents.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
