Tanggung Jawab

• Identify, approach, and acquire new F&B merchant partners within the assigned area.
• Conduct prospecting, presentations, and partnership discussions with prospective merchants.
• Manage the end-to-end merchant acquisition process, from initial outreach to merchant onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners to support long-term collaboration.
• Ensure all required merchant information and documentation are completed accurately throughout the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth merchant onboarding and activation process.
• Track and report acquisition progress, sales pipeline, and onboarding status on a regular basis.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve individual acquisition targets while contributing to the team's overall business objectives.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Merchant Acquisition, Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
• Experience in the F&B, food delivery, e-commerce, or aggregator industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Willing to travel and conduct field visits within the assigned area.
