Marketing Manager (Export & Domestic Garment)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in both export and domestic markets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer and buyer network.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with local and international buyers.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to secure new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Merchandising, PPIC, Production, and Quality teams to ensure orders are delivered on time and meet customer requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and performance reports for management.
• Monitor sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market developments to achieve business targets.
• Represent the company in business meetings, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
• Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team to achieve sales objectives and company goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role within the garment, textile, or apparel manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of the export and domestic garment business, including sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Proven experience in developing business opportunities and managing key customer accounts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Target-oriented with strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Placement: Semarang. Willing to travel frequently to Jakarta and other locations as required by business needs, client meetings, or project requirements.
