- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing campaign plans aligned with business objectives.
- Create integrated online and offline marketing campaign strategies by conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight analysis.
- Generate creative campaign concepts and promotional initiatives to support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple online and offline channels.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, and execution schedules while monitoring campaign progress, resolving execution issues, and optimizing campaign performance.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline marketing events and brand activation programs.
- Manage event vendors, venues, logistics, production, and operational requirements.
- Prepare event timelines, run sheets, operational checklists, and oversee event setup, execution, and post-event dismantling.
- Evaluate event performance and prepare post-event reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Product, Creative, CRM, Engineering, Merchant, and Business teams, as well as external partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Support cross-functional marketing initiatives and ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
- Track and analyze campaign and event performance using marketing analytics tools to identify optimization opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare campaign performance reports, business insights, and management presentations.
- Monitor campaign budget utilization and ensure efficient budget allocation.
- Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, campaign execution, and marketing performance.
- Leverage AI for campaign ideation, market research, copywriting, reporting, presentation development, and workflow optimization while exploring new AI solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Kualifikasi Minimum
