Requirements :

• Minimum S1 in Mechanical Engineering major
• GPA minimum 2.75 - 3.00
• Minimum 3 years experience in Drafter
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, Inventor, SketchUp)

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for performing information gathering and verification (such as dimensional measurement, material specification, and related data) by applying safe engineering standards and design processes to ensure drawing accuracy, safety, and compliance.
2. Responsible for developing and creating conceptual drawings, general assembly drawings, and as-built drawings in a timely manner by incorporating feedback from product users and workshop teams to ensure design relevance and manufacturability.
3. Responsible for considering cost efficiency in design and utilizing off-the-shelf materials, consumables, and standard processes to optimize project cost and productivity.
4. Responsible for monitoring the fabrication or installation process to ensure all work is executed in accordance with the approved engineering design and drawing, maintaining design integrity and quality compliance.
5. Responsible for preparing regular progress reports, maintaining proper documentation, and organizing complete drawing files and related records systematically to ensure data accuracy, traceability, and easy retrieval for future reference.
6. Responsible for implementing and monitoring SHE, legal, and SOP compliance in daily operations, ensuring all activities are aligned with internal standards and external regulations.
7. Responsible for continuously developing both technical and non-technical skills through formal training and on-the-job learning to enhance personal competence and contribute to team and organizational performance.
