About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Live Stream Host Sanitary to join PT Chenyu Group in a full-time capacity, based in South Jakarta. This role represents a unique opportunity within our Sales Analysis and Reporting division to bridge the gap between our sanitary product offerings and our customer base through compelling live streaming content. As a Live Stream Host, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for presenting our sanitary products in an engaging and informative manner to potential customers across digital platforms. This position is crucial to our sales strategy, driving customer engagement and generating leads through interactive and professional live streaming performances.

Key responsibilities

• Host engaging and professional live streaming sessions showcasing sanitary products and solutions
• Deliver clear, compelling product presentations and demonstrations to online audiences
• Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions and addressing concerns about sanitary products and offerings
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop relevant content and promotional campaigns
• Monitor viewer engagement metrics and provide feedback to improve streaming quality and content performance
• Maintain accurate records of product information and promotional messaging in accordance with company standards
• Adapt content delivery based on audience feedback and sales data insights
• Promote special offers, new product launches, and company initiatives during live streaming sessions
• Build and maintain an engaging online community around our sanitary product brand
• Report on live stream performance metrics and contribute to sales analysis and reporting initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in E-commerce, Livestream Operations, Livestream Assistant, or related roles. Experience with TikTok Shop is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of TikTok LIVE operations, platform features, livestream workflows, and online shopping behavior.
• Familiar with livestream performance metrics (e.g., GMV, CTR, conversion rate, engagement rate, viewers) and able to analyze data to improve livestream performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for preparing and analyzing livestream reports.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to support hosts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, based on business needs.
• Fluent in English proficiency is a plus.
