• Support day-to-day legal activities.
• Assist in managing legal matters.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, notaries, and relevant authorities.
• Maintain well-organized legal records and monitor the validity of licenses, agreements, and legal permits.
• Prepare documents related to regulatory requirements and corporate governance matters.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for legal matters across internal departments when needed.

Kualifikasi Minimum

• Bachelor's degree in Law,
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Legal Staff in a listed company,
• Strong knowledge in legal matters,
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills,
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
• Possess strong effective communication both internal and external stakeholders.
