Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Responsible for end-to-end accounting and tax functions to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial consolidation
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS) and internal financial policies
• Manage all aspects of corporate taxation (VAT, corporate income tax, monthly and annual tax reporting)
• Ensure full tax compliance and minimize tax risks through proper planning and execution
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual financial audits
• Monitor and analyze cash flow, operating expenses, and company profitability
• Develop and implement financial and tax SOPs to improve control, accuracy, and efficiency
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in ERP systems and integration with business operations
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making
• Lead and manage the accounting & tax team to ensure accuracy, discipline, and performance quality
• Prepare regular reports on financial performance, tax compliance, and financial risks

Kualifikasi Minimum

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting and tax roles, with at least 2–3 years in managerial level
• Strong knowledge of PSAK/IFRS, Indonesian tax regulation (PPN, PPh, corporate tax)
• Experience handling full set financial reporting, month-end & year-end closing
• Proven experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of tax compliance, reporting, and audit processes
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or retail industry is preferred
• Ability to manage financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow monitoring
• Strong leadership skills in managing accounting and tax team performance
• Detail-oriented, high integrity, and strong analytical thinking
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & spoken) is preferred
• Professional certification such as Brevet A & B (or equivalent tax certification) is a plus
