Legal Staff (Corporate Transaction)

Tanggung Jawab

• Draft, review, and analyze corporate transaction documents, including various types of agreements, notarial deeds, and corporate action documents.
• Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate restructuring transactions.
• Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence by reviewing and analyzing corporate documents, commercial agreements, permits, and other legal records.
• Liaise and coordinate effectively with external stakeholders (including notaries, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities) as well as internal stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and maintain accurate legal documentation and records.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in law (S.H.)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate legal matters, preferably in a law firm.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian company law (UU PT) and contract law.
• Experience in the agribusiness, feed, or livestock industry is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking capability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and legal/compliance tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
