PT Bighot Restaurant Indonesia (REDDOG) is hiring 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 (𝐌𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐞)

✨What You'll do?

• Lead the development and maintenance of Reddog's mobile app and backend platform.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance system architecture.
• Develop core features including mobile ordering, loyalty & rewards, in-app payments, promotions, and coupons.
• Integrate with POS systems, payment gateways, and third-party services.
• Optimize application performance and user experience through continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive technical decisions.

✨We're Looking For Someone Who..

• 3–5+ years of experience in mobile and backend development.
• Experience with at least one mobile framework: Flutter, React Native, Swift, or Kotlin.
• Proven experience in building or operating self-ordering/loyalty apps (e.g., Luckin Coffee, Starbucks).
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Python, or Java (Spring).
• Experience with REST API/GraphQL, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Experience in F&B/E-commerce landscape or multilingual collaboration skills (Korean, English, Indonesian), O2O platforms, payment gateway, or POS integration is a strong advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
