• Own the end-to-end execution and optimisation of affiliate programmes across Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Develop affiliate campaign mechanics, commission structures, voucher strategies, and creator activation plans aligned with sales targets and marketing calendars.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, retain, and grow high-potential affiliates and creators to strengthen the brand’s affiliate community and drive sustainable GMV growth.
• Build strong relationships with top-performing creators and manage performance discussions, campaign negotiations, and activation opportunities.
• Analyse affiliate performance across traffic, conversion, GMV, commission efficiency, creator productivity, and SKU contribution.
• Identify performance gaps, growth opportunities, and corrective actions based on daily and weekly data.
• Lead campaign preparation with Marketing, E-Commerce, Design, Warehouse, and other internal teams to ensure product availability, asset readiness, and timely execution.
• Manage affiliate boosting, paid amplification, and budget allocation to improve campaign reach and sales contribution.
• Monitor competitor activities, platform trends, commission benchmarks, and creator movements to support growth strategy.
• Coordinate with platform representatives, and creators to resolve issues, improve account performance, and secure campaign support.
• Prepare clear performance reports, sales insights, and action plans for the Management.
• Guide junior teams and ensure affiliate administrations are executed accurately, quickly, and consistently.
• Own affiliate sales targets and deliver measurable contribution to overall e-commerce growth.
