We are looking for an experienced cook to lead our kitchen. Formal culinary qualifications are not essential—we value practical experience, leadership, consistency, and a passion for producing quality food.
Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Lead day-to-day kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook high-quality menu items
- Maintain consistency in presentation and taste
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Plan daily food preparation
- Monitor stock levels and place orders
- Minimise food waste and control kitchen costs
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
- Keep the kitchen organised, clean, and efficient
- Work closely with management to improve menus and kitchen performance
Persyaratan
- Minimum 3 years' commercial kitchen experience
- Previous experience leading or supervising a kitchen team
- Experience preparing Western and Indonesian cuisine
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure during busy service
- Honest, reliable, and professional
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia (basic English is an advantage)
- No formal culinary qualification required
