Job Responsibilities

• Memberikan solusi dan troubleshooting terkait aplikasi, software, hardware, dan server.
• Menangani permasalahan pada komputer karyawan dan infrastruktur IT.
• Melakukan administrasi dasar server dan jaringan.
• Mendukung kegiatan backup dan keamanan sistem.

Qualifications

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Informatika, Manajemen Informatika, atau Teknik Komputer.
• Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang IT Support/System Support.
• Menguasai Windows Server 2008–2012, Active Directory, dan IIS Web Server.
• Memahami TCP/IP networking.
• Memahami antivirus system dan backup system.
• Memiliki pengalaman dasar administrasi SQL Server 2008/2012.
• Menguasai Windows client environment.
