A. Quality Assurance (Procurement)

1. Role Purpose

To ensure assurance over the implementation of the Procurement Policy and end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and effective third-party governance.

2. Key Responsibilities

a. Perform quality assurance reviews across Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay processes
b. Prepare risk & compliance reporting
c. Support awareness and education of business stakeholders on procurement compliance and policy requirements

B. Vendor Management (Procurement)

1. Role Purpose

To manage the full lifecycle of third-party vendors, ensuring compliance, performance monitoring, and effective contract governance in line with Procurement Policy requirements.

2. Key Responsibilities

a. Manage vendor onboarding and offboarding in the Coupa system
b. Coordinate CRA and due diligence processes prior to service commencement
c. Coordinate Third Party Performance Review and Annual Attestation exercises
d. Maintain vendor documentation and compliance records
e. Follow up on vendor issues including SLA breaches, non-performance, or compliance gaps
f. Support contract renewal, extension, termination, or remediation decisions
g. Clean up vendor database

3. Others

a. Perform/Support Procurement system implementation, including data cleansing, UAT, etc.
b. Support sourcing team on BAU/project, such as sourcing, negotiating, contracting, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

a. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Management, Supply Chain, or related fields

b. Experience more than 5 years in procurement, vendor management, contract management, audit, compliance, or risk management

c. Good understanding of:

• Procurement governance, policies, and annual procurement processes
• Contract governance and lifecycle management, including third-party oversight
• Risk assessment, compliance controls, and third-party risk requirements

1. Strong vendor and stakeholder management capability
2. Effective communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
3. Strong analytical, problem solving, and attention to detail skills with risk awareness
4. Structured documentation, reporting, and governance mindset
5. Strong compliance and risk oriented mindset
6. Familiarity with Coupa (P2P, Vendor, Contract modules) and CRA tools is an advantage.
