Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Strategy & Governance

• Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and multi-divisions operating model.
• Establish IT governance, standards, policies, and architectures to ensure consistency and scalability across divisions.
• Build a multi-year technology roadmap covering infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.

2. IT Operations & Service Delivery

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of all systems across divisions.
• Manage IT service delivery (helpdesk, field support, application support) with a focus on service quality and continuous improvement.
• Implement and track SLAs, KPIs, and operational dashboards.

3. Enterprise Applications & Data

• Lead the lifecycle of key enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, etc.) across multiple divisions.
• Ensure application integration, data consistency, and alignment with business processes.
• Promote data governance and analytics capabilities to support decision-making.

4. Infrastructure

• Oversee networks, servers, cybersecurity, and endpoint ecosystems across the divisions.
• Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Ensure all sites and business units meet infrastructure performance and security standards.

5. Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Build and maintain a robust cybersecurity posture covering all divisions.
• Implement security frameworks, incident response, vulnerability management, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. PDPA, industry-specific standards).

6. Budgeting & Vendor Management

• Develop and manage the IT operating and capital budgets.
• Optimize IT costs while ensuring business value and risk mitigation.
• Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.

7. Leadership & Organizational Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team across multiple sites and business units.
• Build a culture of service excellence, accountability, and innovation.
• Drive change management and user adoption for new technologies.

8. Business Partnership

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on technology investment decisions.
• Engage regularly with division heads to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions.
• Ensure IT initiatives deliver tangible outcomes such as efficiency gains, cost savings, customer experience improvements, or operational resilience.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, leading teams in a multi-entity or multi-sites organization.
• Proven track record managing enterprise systems, IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Experience in digital transformation, cloud modernization, or enterprise architecture is a strong plus.
• Preference is given to individual with Microsoft Dynamics ERP expertise and experience.

Technical & Leadership Competencies

• Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, networks, cloud, cybersecurity, and application ecosystems.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and steering business-IT alignment.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
