• Plan and execute IT projects that support business operations and digital transformation.
• Manage IT vendors, software licenses, and technology procurement.
• Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and procedures.
• Provide IT support and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Lead, coach, and develop the IT team to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with business users to identify technology solutions that improve business processes.
