Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure successful delivery of system enhancements and digital solutions.

Job Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, or business requirement documents (BRD).
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend system or process improvements.
• Support requirement clarification during development and testing phases.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating business requirements and coordinating with users.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user guides when required.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

Kualifikasi Minimum

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, Functional Analyst, or a similar role.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, including BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Use Cases.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile or Scrum methodology.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, and similar applications.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
