Your Role in This Journey:

  • Maintain and update the IT Asset Management, ITAM, system, including hardware, software, SaaS subscriptions, and license inventories.
  • Manage the end-to-end IT asset lifecycle, including asset registration, tagging, assignment, transfer, recovery, disposal, and replacement.
  • Monitor software license usage, compliance status, renewal schedules, and vendor contract conditions.
  • Conduct regular audits of IT assets and licenses to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and vendors for asset acquisition, contract renewal, license optimization, and cost control.
  • Prepare management reports on asset utilization, license compliance, renewal risks, lifecycle status, and improvement actions.
  • Develop and maintain IT asset and license management policies, including asset tagging, disposal, replacement cycles, and approved software standards.

We are excited to meet:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT asset management, software license management, IT operations, IT support, or procurement support.
  • Basic understanding of IT hardware, software, SaaS subscriptions, software licensing, and IT asset lifecycle management.
  • Experience maintaining asset inventories and managing asset registration, assignment, transfer, recovery, disposal, or replacement processes.
  • Ability to monitor software license usage, renewal schedules, compliance status, and vendor contract conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills to manage accurate records and collaborate with IT, procurement, finance, vendors, and business users.

It's Even Better If You Have:

  • Experience in software license audits and compliance reporting.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, especially related to ITAM and SAM (Software Asset Management).
  • Certification such as ITAM, SAM, or ITIL is a plus.
  • Strong Excel/reporting skills for asset and license tracking.
  • Proficiency in English and Korean languages.
