IT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, enjoy building strong client relationships, and are driven to achieve sales targets. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, managing client accounts, and supporting the growth of our IT solutions business.

Tanggung Jawab

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
• Identify new business opportunities and develop project pipelines
• Collaborate with the technical team to address and resolve client needs or issues
• Execute sales activities and marketing initiatives to achieve sales targets
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership
• Prepare sales reports, proposals, and administrative documentation related to sales activities

Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent personality, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset
• 1–4 years of experience in Sales or Marketing within the IT industry is preferred
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Strong administrative skills, detail-oriented, and positive attitude
