Responsibilities
- Manage inventory, production, and finance administration accurately and on time.
- Prepare, validate, and reconcile inventory, sales, and payment reports.
- Perform quality control (QC) for product catalog and online content.
- Support content production processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Maintain documentation and administrative records in accordance with company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of inventory administration, reporting, and data reconciliation.
- Familiar with content production workflows; AI tools for content production are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Willing to be placed in Lippo Karawaci.
