Key Responsibilities:

• Merencanakan dan mengoordinasikan kegiatan preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, serta emergency maintenance untuk seluruh sistem MEP di area cinema yang menjadi tanggung jawab guna memastikan operasional berjalan lancar.
• Menyusun dan mengelola jadwal maintenance, inspeksi, dan kunjungan ke lokasi, serta memantau penyelesaian permintaan perbaikan dan permasalahan teknis secara tepat waktu.
• Mengoordinasikan dan mengawasi pekerjaan Field Technician agar seluruh aktivitas maintenance dilaksanakan secara aman, efisien, dan sesuai dengan standar perusahaan.
• Memastikan kesiapan peralatan, tools, dan ketersediaan spare part, serta berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait untuk mendukung kelancaran aktivitas maintenance.
• Meninjau laporan maintenance, menganalisis permasalahan yang berulang, serta mengidentifikasi peluang perbaikan untuk meningkatkan keandalan peralatan dan efisiensi operasional.
• Berkolaborasi dengan Regional Manager, Facilities Team Leader, serta vendor dan kontraktor dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan maintenance maupun penyelesaian permasalahan teknis yang kompleks.
• Memastikan seluruh aktivitas maintenance mematuhi standar perusahaan, regulasi keselamatan, dan persyaratan operasional, serta mendorong implementasi continuous improvement di seluruh fasilitas.

Kualifikasi

• Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Elektro, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Sipil, atau jurusan terkait.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang MEP, Building Maintenance, atau Facilities Management.
• Memahami sistem MEP, termasuk kelistrikan, HVAC, plumbing, dan fire protection.
• Mampu mengoordinasikan jadwal maintenance, teknisi lapangan, dan vendor.
• Memiliki kemampuan problem solving, komunikasi, dan koordinasi yang baik.
• Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke cinema di berbagai wilayah Indonesia.
