• Developing and implementing comprehensive audit plans to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Conducting detailed audits, analyzing financial and operational data, and documenting findings in clear and concise reports.
• Identifying and recommending corrective actions to address identified weaknesses or inefficiencies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.
• Staying up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Providing advice and guidance to management on various audit-related matters.
• Continuously improving audit procedures and techniques to enhance the effectiveness of the internal audit function.

Yang Kami Cari:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university with min IPK 3.0 majoring in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, ecommerce / retail business.
• Experienced in handling hospitality client and ERP/SAP accounting software is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in internal controls, observations and giving recommendations for business process and control issues as well as its operations.
• Having a strong logic, analysis, problem solving skills, initiative, team work, strong sense of responsibility, and integrity.
• Advanced knowledge of risks, controls, accounting and / or information technology operations.
• Having a good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer Literate. Able to operate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Proficiency in verbal and written English.
