PT The Paralian Uluwatu is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our creative team on a contract basis in Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to design and create exceptional interior spaces for our luxury hospitality property. You will play a key role in developing innovative design concepts that enhance guest experiences and align with our brand vision. This position offers the chance to work on high-profile projects in one of Indonesia's most prestigious locations.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

• Develop creative interior design concepts and design solutions that meet project briefs and brand guidelines
• Produce detailed design drawings, floor plans, elevations and 3D visualisations for client presentations
• Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and equipment for interior spaces
• Manage design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors and suppliers to ensure design intent is realised
• Conduct site inspections and prepare design proposals that respond to space constraints and client requirements
• Source and curate furnishings, artwork and decorative elements that complement the overall design scheme
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to refine designs based on feedback and feasibility considerations

Yang Kami Cari

• Qualification in Interior Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven portfolio demonstrating strong creative design skills and experience with commercial or hospitality projects
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
• Experience with 3D visualisation and rendering software
• Strong understanding of spatial planning, colour theory, materials and lighting design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly
• Experience in project management and coordinating with contractors and suppliers
• Attention to detail and ability to work to tight timelines and budgets
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and sustainability principles in design
• Experience in luxury hospitality, resort or high-end residential design is highly desirable
