HRBP Intern [Active Student, Graduate 2027]

Danone Indonesia is looking for a HRBP Intern to join our HR Team! Kickstart your career in a dynamic environment and gain hands-on experience at our Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internship and contract positions
• Conduct induction sessions for new hires
• Maintain accurate employee records and updating HR databases
• Develop and monitor HR dashboards to ensure system quality
• Process interns’ salary claims, resolving discrepancies, and ensure clear communication
• Administrative and ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Active undergraduate student (minimum semester 6) with few or no classes
• Good communication skills both in English and Bahasa
• Familiar to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Have prior internship/organizational experience in recruitment
• Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure
• Available for 6 months of internship with a Hybrid arrangement (4 WFO - 1 WFH)
