PT Plaza Auto Prima is seeking an HR Operation Staff to join our team on a contract basis for 6 months. This is an on-site position based in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. As an HR Operation Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day human resources functions and ensuring smooth administrative operations within our organisation. This position is essential in maintaining effective HR processes and supporting our workforce management initiatives.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Processing and maintaining employee records, including leave applications, and personnel files
- Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding files & procedures
- Handling payroll administration tasks and ensuring accurate employee compensation records
- Managing HR databases and maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and administrative matters
- Assisting with employee engagement and welfare initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Having experience in Payroll, HR administration or HR operations support
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive HR information and documentation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive personnel matters professionally
- Customer service orientation with a collaborative and helpful attitude towards colleagues
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently as well as within a team environment
