HR Manager

Designs, implements and monitors a variety of human resource programs. Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management. Responsibilities are within the Human Resources Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines.

HR Policies: Developing internal policies and ensuring adherence to local and national employment laws.

Recruitment & Onboarding: In collaboration with the business heads, overseeing job vacancies positions as of the organization needs, organization structure and job description, and requirements.

Industrial Relation and Employee Relations: Make sure company rules follow local and national labor law when employment laws change. Contribute with labor union negotiations including CLA and other dispute resolutions. Conflict Resolution: Solve worker complaints, stop strikes, and handle legal problems quickly.

Compensation & Benefits: Overseeing payroll structures, salary reviews, and employee benefits packages and payroll monitoring.

Training & Performance: Coordinating Onboarding programs, performance appraisal systems and staff development programs.

To implement QHSE procedures and promote the improvements in the job area.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• Experiences 3 to 5 years of proven experience in an HR generalist.
• Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong understanding of labor legislation, HR metrics, and data reporting.
• Analytical thinking and problem solver.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry.
