Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, CV screening, interview arrangement, job offering).
• Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies through Jobstreet, LinkedIn, campus hiring, community platforms, and social media.
• Coordinate interview schedules and align with hiring managers regarding recruitment needs.
• Manage recruitment administration such as candidate database, job offers, and supporting documents.
• Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly recruitment reports to management.
• Support employer branding activities including career fairs and talent acquisition events.
• Collaborate with HR team for new employee onboarding process.

Kualifikasi Minimum

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and levels.
• Strong knowledge of interview techniques (behavioral & competency-based).
• Familiar with talent sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, career portals, talent pool).
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with deadlines.
