About the role

We are seeking an HR professional to join our team in Bali on a full-time basis. This is a pivotal position within our Human Resources & Recruitment operations, specifically focusing on general HR consulting and recruitment support. As HR at Konstruksi, you will play a critical role in shaping our organisational culture, managing human resources operations, and ensuring we attract and retain top talent to support our construction projects and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding processes
  • Provide HR consultation to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives aligned with company objectives
  • Administer employee benefits, payroll coordination, and HR records management
  • Conduct induction programmes for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the organisation
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and development planning
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Maintain compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and statutory requirements in Bali
  • Develop and maintain HR documentation and record-keeping systems
  • Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in HR functions, recruitment, or HR consulting within a professional environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, particularly in Indonesia or Bali
  • Excellent recruitment skills with experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and selection
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff
  • Proficiency in HR systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple HR projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical HR solutions
  • Understanding of construction industry HR requirements (preferred but not essential)
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English languages
  • Relevant HR qualifications or certifications are advantageous
