Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Min. 3 years of experience in Housekeeping Supervisor at Shopping Mall or Property Management operations, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of Housekeeping service standards and Pest Control management.
• Willing to be placed at District 8 (SCBD).

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations by planning work schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring all operational areas are maintained in accordance with company housekeeping standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of public areas, common facilities, corridors, and other operational spaces to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation meet established quality standards.
• Monitor the proper use, maintenance, and availability of housekeeping equipment, cleaning chemicals, consumables, and supplies while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Oversee housekeeping service quality and pest control activities to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for tenants, visitors, and employees.
• Handle housekeeping-related complaints, service requests, and operational issues from tenants and visitors, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
• Implement and ensure compliance with housekeeping SOPs, company policies, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards while coordinating with internal departments to support smooth daily operations.
• Prepare housekeeping reports, monitor inventory and operational expenses, and support budget control to ensure efficient and cost-effective housekeeping operations.
