Head of PPIC
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage production plans to ensure timely order fulfillment and optimal resource utilization.
- Monitor production capacity, workflow, and inventory levels to support operational efficiency.
- Ensure the availability of raw materials, fabrics, trims, and accessories to prevent production delays.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to align production schedules with business requirements.
- Track production progress across internal facilities and subcontractors, ensuring on-time delivery to customers.
- Analyze production and inventory data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead and oversee PPIC operations, ensuring accurate planning, inventory control, and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, or Supply Chain, preferably in the garment or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and material requirement planning (MRP).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
