As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our team and ensure the smooth functioning of our facilities. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hands-on work and committed to maintaining high standards of service and comfort.

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical and electrical systems within the restaurant, ensuring that equipment and infrastructure are well-maintained and operating efficiently. Key responsibilities include performing routine inspections, conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing machinery, and coordinating with other departments to address any maintenance issues promptly. The head engineer will also be expected to manage and mentor junior staff, maintain inventory of tools and supplies, and contribute to the overall safety and functionality of the restaurant environment.

We are looking for a male candidate with an SMA/SMK education level who has between 1 and 3 years of experience in maintenance-related roles. Candidates should possess skills in electrical maintenance, maintenance engineering, preventive maintenance, mechanical maintenance, and equipment maintenance. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are essential.
