About the role: We are looking for 1 Guest Relations / Villa Host for personalized in-villa check-in, welcome experience, and guest accompaniment throughout the stay. You are the face of BHP for our international guests.

Key responsibilities:

• Personalized in-villa check-in with welcome drink
• Villa briefing and services walkthrough
• Concierge service: restaurant bookings, excursions, transfers
• On-site problem solving during guest stays
• Coordination with butler and housekeeping
• Guest feedback collection and review management

Persyaratan

• Minimum 2 years guest relations / concierge / villa host experience in 5-star
• Fluent English mandatory (Italian, Russian, Mandarin are a strong plus)
• Deep knowledge of Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud (restaurants, attractions, events)
• Motorcycle/car license mandatory
• Excellent personal presentation and soft skills
